Tabueno Software is ran by Eduardo Freitas, a software engineer. Mr. Freitas is a native from Venezuela and has been involved with Custom Software Development, Project Management and Technical Support for over 10 years. Mr. Freitas was the first person to implement in Latin America mathematical Gas Flare calculations and Risk Engineering methods with API standards into software for private companies and also in the public sector state owned Petroleos de Venezuela, S.A. (PDVSA) Mr. Freitas has also been involved in many other custom projects and software developments for local maritime sector companies operating at the Port of Guanta, Venezuela. Such projects have included the full development of Cost Estimation and Optimization applications, Stevedoring software, Payroll and Administrative applets. Further to that Mr. Freitas has also been a part time professor at two Venezuelan Technological Institutes in diverse topics such as Programming Languages, Data Stuctures and Databases. During the last 3 years, Mr. Freitas has been providing world class Technical Support for Data and Document Capture U.S. based Kofax, with more than 4800 resolved cases and many KB articles written, also serving as a link between engineering and EMEA customers. Mr. Freitas is fluent in Spanish, English and Portuguese and has lived in both South and North America and also in 3 different European countries. Currently Mr. Freitas is specializing in new technologies such as AJAX and Web 2.0 and how these technologies can be used to lower down the cost of custom software and web development.
